HERE A SPROUT THERE A SPROUT!!

When people ask me what is the best sprout to eat? Or, what sprout has the highest nutrition? I tell them, “You get the best flavor and nutrition by combining all the Organic, in-season microgreens and sprouts you can obtain, together.

Let’s think about this a little more…..

The earth was slowly built with the dust and elements of allllll the universe. So, we evolved using the many, many elements in our water, earth, plants and for some animals. We ourselves, have been evolving and have become, broad spectrum nutrient digesting humans. Slow evolution of plants we eat enables us to evolve simultaneously with the plants. All is good there. However, lately, we have been domesticating and hybridizing much of our foods. When plants are quickly hybridized again and again, for certain characteristics, it causes a narrower spectrum of familiar, in balance nutrients to be available to us.

So, how do we get a broad spectrum of balanced nutrition? You see Friends and Beautiful Gardeners, you already know. Because I already said it! Just combine Organic in-season Microgreens and Sprouts! Now all you have to do is put Here a Sprout There a Sprout on the foods you already eat, like salads, sandwiches and, tacos yummmm! Now were evolving in a tasty, healthy, happy direction!
